The Ministry of Communications and Mass Communications of Russia plans to allow mining and monitor the process, calculating miners in the number of electricity consumed and Internet traffic. According to the plans of the ministry, the power of equipment for mining will be correlated with the amount of cryptocurrency, which the miner declarates on the exchange. In the first two years after the introduction of the regulation of miners, tax holidays are waiting for tax, but after that they will be required to keep accounting. Mining is planned to be allowed to legal entities, they will subsequently pay income tax. The tax that individuals will pay is not said in the concept of the Ministry of Communications.
