We have already talked more about the action itself. In this material, we want to share with you the difficulties that the organizers and supporters of the opposition policy faced, because, in our opinion, this was one of the most important factors that influenced the mobilization of activists on this day.
A number of the media have already written that there were no counters on the part of the police on the day of the action. But the point is that they were not very much and needed-all the work has already been done in advance. And it was a rather competent job, which the opposition did not have to face before. But there is nothing strange, because the plan for counteraction was not local specialists. But our employees still managed to light up the clumsy execution.
Intimidation
A few days before the rally, reports began to come to the headquarters that they came to the activists from the police. Even to those who were not going to take part in it. The staff of the headquarters said that there were at least a hundred notifications, while we understand that most people simply said nothing. Some managed to intimidate. The police under the pretext of signing incomprehensible paper called “a warning about the inadmissibility of the commission of illegal actions”, scared problems at work, deprivation of the opportunity to fly out abroad for relaxation and even a real term. Of course, all this has no reason, and the police simply abused their position, thereby violating the law. It was they who acted as actors of unlawful actions, and not people undergoing pressure.
But as it turned out, there was a fairly simple way to deal with them, about which we were told and even showed by the volunteer of Navalny’s headquarters Andrei Yashin: “ They began to call me and at the same time knock on the door loudly. I said that I would call the police, what they answered me, they already opened the door and turned on the video camera of the phone ...”
In the video, which Andrei sent us, you can see a very interesting picture: at first the police asked them not to shoot and hid around the corner, and then they simply escaped.

Detention
For some reason, traffic police officers detained him (apparently, all the employees of the Internal Affairs Directorate ran around the apartments of activists). After 20 minutes of waiting in the cold, the district police officer drove up, who, after introducing himself, could not answer any question more regarding Danil's detention. After another 20 minutes, the UAZ policeman with two employees drove up. All their actions were recorded on the camera. The employees of the headquarters explained that this illegal detention and agitation could not be here, since there is not a word on the poster with a proposal to vote for some candidate, or against him. After 10 minutes, they brought another traffic police inspector, who was pointed with a finger at Danil. The employee complained to his colleagues that he was misleading when they said that the guy should be with the box, and not with the poster, after which he came up and brazenly told the guy: “Why were you running away from me.”
After that, the police stated that she was going to deliver Belyakov to the Department of Internal Affairs precisely because he ran away from the police. How could this happen and for what they could chase after him, they did not specify. Danila was taken to the Internal Affairs Directorate and in the delivery protocol (the detention protocol was refused at the spot) as the basis was already the phrase “verification of documents”. After an hour and a half, he was simply released.
In the rainbow, when putting leaflets, the police detained the schoolboy Vitaly Alexandrov . Employees tried to put pressure on him and threatened to sue (missing that they could not do this with a person who has not reached 16 years old). And the day before the action, with the spread of leaflets, the already mentioned Andrei Yashin and Viktor Shalaev were detained. Holding several hours in the department, they were also released.
Schoolchildren and students
There is an opinion that exclusively schoolchildren and students go to Navalny events. Take the schoolchildren, and no one will come to stocks! This time the city hall acted based on this logic. For high school students on the day of the public campaign, free excursions were organized outside the city .
Students of the 25th school reported that they were driven to watch the film “Up movement” - you cannot refuse. The director of the Sharkov school in the past was an employee of the district administration and went to school shortly after she became famous for preventing opposition actions under the pretext, “they are from the evil one” . The student of the 6th school gave similar information, but they were also ordered to take part in some flash mob, as well as visit the “Open Day” at the Polytechnic College. This was all declared a loudspeaker for the whole school:

This time, the opposition before submitting a notification, a month before the event, warned the administration about their action and the route of the procession so that the city government could take into account the wishes of citizens of the city and hold their events. Of course, the staff of the headquarters sued and even won it . But the judge did not satisfy the most important requirement - the route, but simply ordered the administration to consider the notification again. What they did by offering an option that could not satisfy the organizers.
On the "holiday" day, most of the declared areas were empty, several people from the administration stood on others.

Shortly before the event, his organizers hardly found a printing house, which agreed to print them with information leaflets about the action. But all this product was removed by the police directly from the printing house . The owner was detained, he was interrogated for a long time, threatened, according to him, before causing violence and liquidation of business. Now he stopped picking up.
It is interesting that in the same week, a parcel with a product that was not related to the action was seized at the volunteer of the headquarters of Kirill Ishutin in the post office.
