The nephew of the Governor of the Belgorod Region Yevgeny Savchenko Mikhail will take the position of the first vice-mayor of Belgorod. This is written by Kommersant with reference to several sources.

According to the interlocutors of the newspaper, Mikhail Savchenko has already written a statement about the abandonment of the mandate of the deputy of the regional Duma, but so far continues to be considered the general director of the Development Corporation, owned by the region.

As one of the sources of the newspaper said, Mikhail Savchenko will receive the post of first deputy head of Belgorod Konstantin Polezhaev, and a few months later he will replace it in this post.

Savchenko himself has not yet commented on information about the possible new appointment.
