Fine for videos on the social network VKontakte

On January 18, 2018, the Kovdorsky District Court of the Murmansk Region fined Aleksey Ermachkov for the videos “Romper Stomper – Skinhead!!!!”, “9/06/2012 Dmitry Borovikov”, "Russian Banner - Dmitry Borovikov", "Dima Borovikov (SOUR)".

On January 18, 2018, the Kovdorsky District Court of the Murmansk Region issued a verdict in an administrative case under Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda and public demonstration of Nazi paraphernalia and symbols).

According to the case file, Aleksey Ermachkov posted in the public domain on his VKontakte page under the nickname “X” the video recordings “Romper Stomper – Skinhead!!!!” (duration 2 minutes 32 seconds), "9/06/2012 Borovikov Dmitry" (duration 1 minute 38 seconds), "Russian Banner - Dmitry Borovikov" (duration 5 minutes 58 seconds), "Dima Borovikov (SOUR)" to the music of Arkanum Krieg - Die in the name. Picrolla" (duration 2 minutes 58 seconds). All videos contain images of Nazi symbols.

Ermachkov admitted his guilt in committing an administrative offense. He explained that they deleted the video data. He completely repented of what he had done.

Ermachkov was fined 1500 (one thousand five hundred) rubles 00 kopecks.
