The case of the Primorye Hare Krishnas was dismissed for lack of evidence of an offense

In February, the court, due to the lack of corpus delicti, stopped case against the Vladivostok "Center of Societies for Krishna Consciousness". Organization was accused of discrimination because of a sign on the door allowing entry only followers of Vaishnavism.  

In March 2018, it became known that on February 21, the justice of the peace of the section No. 11 of the Pervomaisky judicial district of Vladivostok, having considered the case in regarding the religious organization "Center of Societies for Krishna Consciousness in Primorsky Krai" under Art. 5.62 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (discrimination), issued a decision to terminate the proceedings due to the absence of an offence.

Remember, discrimination the prosecutor's office considered the announcement on the doors of the Center "Entrance for followers only Vaishnavism creeds, ISKCON.
