The Tula Regional Court overturned the decision of the court of the first authority that allowed the use of the House of Prayer of Evangelical Christians. Now the building must be demolished.
At the end of March 2018, it became known that on August 3 2017, the Privokzalny District Court of Tula refused to satisfy the claim of the city administration on the demolition of a residential building in which the Evangelical Prayer House is located Christians "Holy Trinity". Officials demanded to recognize it as an unauthorized structure.
The administration of Tula appealed against this decision, and on March 22, 2018 the Tula Regional Court overturned the decision of the district court and ruled demolish the building anyway. Believers are trying to appeal the decision of the regional court.
The house, which has both living quarters and a hall for services, was built in 2013 without the necessary permission, however examination established that he does not pose a threat to others. Community planned to register this house first as a residential building, and then as prayer house, but in 2014-2016 the pastor was denied three times for his registration and commissioning.
