At least, judging by their official declarations. For example, in 2016, Golikov and Khristenko earned 61 million rubles for two. This is more than 5 million rubles per month.

It is hard to imagine that the average Russian family with such income could not afford. Apartment, cottage, car, another cottage to parents, another apartment for children? All this can be easily bought for the officially declared income of Golikova and Khristenko. Khristenko admits that he "has a little crazy about golf." And therefore, since 2015, he also heads the Golf Association and is trying to develop this sport in Russia.

Neighbors from the ministry

Viktor Khristenko, explaining to RBC-Sport the reason for the choice of golf, mentioned his place of residence. He gave this interview in the golf club Pestovo. And indeed, literally outside the gates of this club, near the village of Rumyantsevo, on the shore of the channel to them. Moscow cost three large, beautiful houses. Khristenko lives in the middle (only the cadastral value of the land on which the house stands - 57 million rubles: this is almost the annual income of the married couple). And just a few months ago, in December 2017, this company acquired from a company from the British Virgin Islands (Raveborg Capital) 100% in another Russian enterprise - Skortex.

Club for their own

The satellite images shows that behind the houses of Khristenko, Reus and Dementiev, the endless expanses of the golf field were spread out, with an artificial and skilled landscape of lakes, sand traps, winding paths and even, trimmed like a lawn line. Judging by the map, the area of ​​only this field is almost 80 hectares. Its cadastral value is 2.2 billion rubles.

And this belongs to all the same Skortex company former colleagues in the Ministry of Industry and Trade, led by Viktor Khristenko.

This is a golf floor of the Pestovo club. Although it would be more correct to call this territory “Pestovo’s space”, because there is not only a golf field, but also a yacht club, a horse-sports complex, and numerous residential cottages. The sites of real estate agencies say that the total area of ​​this territory is 180 hectares.

This space is closed to outsiders. “This is a private closed golf club. And this is probably good. I can say for sure that our club is almost family. But this is not the only club belonging to Victor Khristenko with comrades.

The land on which Forest Hills is located is divided between two companies - Medan and Ter. Both by 51% belong to Rezortsinvest. One of its final co -owners is Viktor Khristenko.

What is 450 hectares of land? This is more than the whole Moscow district of Zamoskvorechye, in which almost 60 thousand people live.

And if Pestovo was estimated at 7 billion rubles, then Forest Hills, the territory of which is almost three times more, we can assume, at least not cheaper.

But this is not the last golf act of the former minister Viktor Khristenko.

Last year, the Peterhof golf club opened. He is located right at the Great Peterhof Palace and the Park ensemble. The company that was engaged in the architectural design of this club determined its area of ​​130 hectares.

“Peterhof” belongs to the company from St. Petersburg “Golf club“ Mikhailovka ”, which belongs to the company“ Nika ”from Moscow, which, in turn, owns“ Laifinvest ”, whose director is Alexander Kotelenets, who worked as assistant Khristenko in the Ministry of Industry and Trade. All these endless golf sex and related infrastructure, according to the calculations of Novaya Gazeta, according to minimal estimates, can cost more than 10 billion rubles. There are no such income in the declarations of Khristenko and his wife. If our estimates are correct, then in order to purchase all these assets at the market value, they would have to not spend a penny out of their earnings (neither on food nor anything else) and save more than 300 years.

Friendly deal

All companies that own these assets-golf field, land, yacht clubs, buildings-used the same person. His name is Oleg Kustikov. Today he, together with Viktor Khristenko, is part of the Executive Committee of the Association of the Golf of Russia, and besides this, the board of directors of the Chelyabinsk Pipetric Plant (CHTPZ).

Viktor Khristenko with the ChTPZ group has long -standing relations. Firstly, the son of Khristenko, Vladimir, which then raised questions from many media outlets, because ChTPZ depended on the decisions of the Minister of Industry.

And secondly, the main owner of the ChTPZ Andrei Komarov is a fellow countryman Viktor Khristenko (both from Chelyabinsk) and a long-standing acquaintance.

“Viktor Borisovich is my senior comrade, we are from the same city, we have been friends for many years, we have all kinds of ties - family, friendly, whatever,” said Komarov in an interview with Forbes.

Could these friendly and other “all kinds of connections” affect the price of transactions on the purchase of “golf assets”?

Golf is the most democratic, family and environmentally friendly sport. Golf can be engaged at any age, he can combine on one field in the game of people of different levels of skill, age and social status.

2. For the layman, Golf in Russia is an exotic sport. Could you tell us how long this sport came to our country, how is it developing and what, in your opinion, do it have prospects?

Of course, Golf has potential in Russia. The Olympic Committee of Russia is actively supporting the development of golf in our country. Our compatriot Maria Verchenova became part of 60 participants in the Olympic tournament, set an Olympic account of accounts in the round, and according to the results of the Olympic tournament, she took 16th place. I am sure that new stars from Russia will appear on Olympic pedestals, the Golf Association is actively working on this.

Among the initiatives I note the project “Development of golf in the school education system”, aimed at developing sports in the school environment. According to declarations of the income of your spouse, Tatyana Golikova, the total income of your family over the past three years (2014–2016) amounted to 105.8 million rubles. All shares I have acquired in Russian companies, which, like my income with my wife, are publicly available information, were acquired at the nominal value, which is much less than my personal income in recent years. The net assets of these companies, taking into account debts, encumbrances and operating losses, are negative, so their value is incomparably lower than the numbers named in the issue. I do not receive dividends from participating in golf projects.

According to the state register of legal entities, the shares in companies that own golf clubs and land plots for hundreds of hectares, you purchased almost at the same time (in December 2017) from the company from the British Virgin Islands, Raybborg Capital. Could you explain who stood behind this offshore company, as well as what was the amount of transactions for the acquisition of shares in the above companies-owners of golf clubs and land plots?

The historical composition of the owners of the mentioned golf clubs has developed before me. After my entry into the project, Ravelg Capital was liquidated and currently companies participating in the project have Russian jurisdiction.

Could you clarify whether the fact that the previous owners of golf clubs, as well as land plots, were the structures of members of the board of the ChTPZ group Andrei Komarov and Oleg Kustikov were the previous owners of the member of the above transactions? At the time of the acquisition of shares in golf projects, there were no persons mentioned among their owners. The shares were acquired at the nominal value, since they did not represent commercial value either in the structure of the balance sheet or the commercial filling of projects.
