Attack in Elektrostal

On March 31, 2018, in the city of Elektrostal, Nikolai Kiper beat and robbed Yuri Volkov, whom he had previously met in a nightclub. In court, Kiper stated that he attacked V. "on on the basis of personal hostile relations, because he mistook him for a person of non-traditional orientation.

In addition, on March 29, 2018, in the city of Elektrostal, Kiper severely beat and robbed O.

On February 4, 2019, the Elektrostal City Court of the Moscow Region delivered a sentence under clause “d” Part 2 Art. 161 of the Criminal Code (robbery with violence). The court sentenced Kiper to imprisonment for four years without fine and restriction of liberty with serving a sentence in a correctional colony of general regime.

The civil claim of the injured Volkov was partially satisfied, and Kiper was charged in favor of Volkov property damage by 33,684 (thirty-three thousand six hundred and eighty-four) rubles 33 kopecks. Kiper was also awarded compensation for non-pecuniary damage in the amount of 50,000 rubles.
