"Red Tarzan" appealed the verdict

At the end of March 2018, the defense of neo-Nazi and mixed-style fighter Vyacheslav Datsik appealed the verdict of the Vasileostrovsky District Court of St. Petersburg.

March 19, 2018 Vasileostrovskiy District Court of St. Petersburg found guilty of hooliganism (paragraph "a" part 1 of article 213 of the Criminal Code), beatings (paragraph "a" part 2 article 116 of the Criminal Code) and illegal entry into the dwelling (part 1 of article 139 of the Criminal Code) of Vyacheslav Datsik ("Red Tarzan"). The court sentenced Datsik to imprisonment for a period of 3.5 years in a strict regime colony.

A criminal case against Datsik was opened in the spring of 2016. A neo-Nazi broke into a brothel on Vasilyevsky Island, forced several people, including the clients of the establishment, to walk naked to the police station. Then, confusing the Graftio mini-hotel located nearby with an intimate salon, he gave a lecture on moral and moral topics to one of the hotel visitors. At night, he was detained during a visit to another brothel located in the Petrogradsky district.

Datsik - participant of championships in fights without rules in the heavyweight division, member banned organization "Slavic Union". In 2007, he was arrested in St. Petersburg for serial robberies of cell phone shops. Medical experts declared him insane , and Tarzan was sent to a psychiatric special clinic. In August 2010, V. Datsik escaped from the clinic, again robbed a cell phone store and illegally entered Norway. At the end of September 2010, he came to the Norwegian police, passed the gun he had with him and asked for political asylum. In Norway Datsik was arrested for four weeks for illegally crossing the border and illegal possession of weapons. The Norwegian authorities denied Datsik political asylum and deported him to Russia. On December 7, 2012, the Nevsky District Court of St. Petersburg sentenced Datsik to 5 years in prison, finding him guilty of robbery at a mobile phone shop. In March 2016, Tarzan was released and engaged in "social" activities.
