- Alexander Eyvazov, 23, former secretary of the Oktyabrsky District Court and member of the United Russia party, was arrested on August 24, 2017. According to investigators, he did not prepare and sign the minutes of the trial within the indicated timeframes because of his personal dislike for Judge Irina Kerro and the desire to cancel the verdict in the criminal case of attempted fraud.

- The former secretary of the court is accused of crimes of minor and medium gravity - obstruction of the administration of justice (part 3 of article 294 of the Criminal Code) and of slandering a judge (part 1 of article 298.1 of the Criminal Code). In February, Eyvazov's was extended detention beyond the maximum to eight months. According to Article 109 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (terms of detention), a preventive measure can be extended for more than six months at the preliminary investigation stage only by those accused of a serious or especially serious crime.
