Former leading program "Court" was sentenced to 7 years for fraud

The Nagatinsky court of Moscow sentenced the former lawyer and TV presenter the “Court of Court” by Vladimir Reznik (Oreshnikov) to seven years in prison for fraud. This was reported by the press secretary of the court Victoria Belova.

“The court found him guilty of the commission of three episodes of the crime under Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud), and sentenced to 7 years in prison in a maximum security colony,” she said.

The defendant completely agreed with the charge, so his case was considered in a special manner - without exploring evidence and interrogation of witnesses.

This is the second criminal record of Reznik. In January 2012, the Tver court of the capital sentenced the lawyer and TV presenter to two years in prison for major fraud.
