April 2018 year in the Kurgan region, a case against an 18-year-old local a resident accused of drawing xenophobic graffiti on the walls of houses and publication of xenophobic materials on social networks. In April 2018, the city of Kurgan completed investigation of the case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting a national hatred), part 1 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremism) and part 2 of Art. 280 UK (public calls for extremism using the Internet).
An 18-year-old local resident will soon be in the dock, who, according to law enforcement agencies, in 2017, being a minor, he published on his page on the social network "VKontakte" some xenophobic materials, inciting national hatred and containing calls for violence.
Besides, according to the case file, in the same 2017, a young man using a spray can of paint wrote on the facades of several houses in the city of Kurgan and the village of Belozersky Ketovsky district some xenophobic slogans.
Details, unfortunately, are not reported.
The defendant has been convicted several times before. He fully acknowledged his guilt.
The case has already gone to trial essence.
Recall that in March 2018 in the village of Shchuchye was submitted to the court Kurgan region, a similar case about propaganda of the national hate through the Internet and drawing xenophobic graffiti.
