Lipetsk: administrative fine for publishing a banned song by Timur Mutsuraev

In April 2018 it became it is known that in Lipetsk the court fined a 29-year-old local resident, recognized guilty of publishing banned audio clips on social networks.

IN April 2018, it became known that an administrative case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (distribution of prohibited materials).

Case was launched against 29-year-old local resident M. Arkhipov, who, according to law enforcement agencies, published on the social network "VKontakte" Timur Mutsuraev's banned song "Islamic Ummah" (paragraph 2793 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials ).

On March 22, 2018, the Pravoberezhny District Court recognized guilty and fined. Prohibited materials from the social network have been removed.
