Russian President Vladimir Putin removed 11 generals of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Federal Penitentiary Service, the Investigative Committee and the Ministry of Emergencies. This is stated in the decree published on the official portal of legal information.

In particular, the deputy head of the Main Directorate for Road Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Pavel Bugaev , the head of the Federal Law Service , Andrei Bykov , the head of the Ural Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Alexander GUK, several heads of regional investigative departments of the IC of Russia, were dismissed.

15 people were appointed to new positions. Ivan Balashov , the head of the operational -search information of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, was the deputy head of the Main Directorate for Control of Drug Control of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation - Igor Butranov, the head of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Kaluga Region - Alexander Dedov, the head of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moscow - Igor Zinoviev .
