Yaroslavl: administrative fine for publishing a banned song on a social network

IN April 2018, it became known that an administrative case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (distribution of prohibited materials).

Case was launched against an 18-year-old local resident who, according to law enforcement agencies, published in the social network "VKontakte" a certain a banned song on the Federal List of Extremist Materials.

The court recognized Internet user guilty and fined him 1000 rubles.
