Recently, it is more and more obvious that the leadership of Russia and those who adjoin it and are called the “political elite” are not opposed to the United States, not the Western world, not Russophobia and other virtual chimeras. The leadership of our country and its entourage in the most unpretentious way confront modernity, youth, and most importantly - to the future. Maybe this contrast will seem too pathos and even excessive, but the facts are as follows: a new world arises before our eyes, in which human rights are the only restriction for the development of technology and, above all, his rights to private life. It is around this that the most important discussions of our time are underway. But there is another, archaic, world, where a person is nothing, potential camp dust, which has no rights, and the development of technology is limited to a state that directly declares its desire to eavesdropped and spy and is ready to retain this right even at the cost of technological lag and social stagnation.
The world of modern communications and all information civilization are hated by the champions of “traditional values” precisely because they give each person more and more opportunities if they do not hide from the state at all, then at least minimize its possibilities of control. At the same time, each local success of the state to obtain control over the cause of concern for technology or the platform in the very near future turns into defeat. Many remember how the cost of incredible efforts and costs was taken under the control of the Living Journal - but a little time has passed, and no one needs it - the audience went to social networks and messengers.
The elderly Komsomol members and the Chekists of the 1970-1980s still call each other on stationary phones, believe in conspiracies and geopolitics, receive information about the world around the world with printouts, and simply do not want to change anything
All the logic of the development of information civilization leads the state to turn into a large service service, in which there is no place for irremovable leaders and crowds of special services receiving salaries and titles for reading other people's correspondence. And is it necessary to say that neither the leaders nor their service personnel like this logic, and therefore they are so decisively and not particularly hiding against modern technologies and, above all, means of non -certificate communication.
Modern Russia, through the efforts of its current authorities, purposefully turns into a citadel of inertness, obscurantism, archaic and erected into the cult of technological and social backwardness. The elderly Komsomol members and Chekists of the 1970-1980s still call each other on stationary phones, believe in conspiracies and geopolitics, receive information about the surrounding world from a print folder, and simply do not want to change anything and even understand something about modern communications and their significance in people's lives. They do not need anything, they only annoy them, they want everything to be once a long time ago, when objectionable radio stations could be jammed, letters to open, telephone conversations-listening, and microscopic circulations of sample “samizdat”-to seize and destroy, planting those who write and those who keep. The funny thing is that they seem to believe that you can return to this order one way or another. Let not completely, albeit not with disk phones, but - return.
Of course, there are also enough and technically understanding that progress is irreversible and as it was before, as it was before, will never be. But they have neither courage, nor even more practical interest to inform their bosses with unpleasant news. One can imagine how quickly the career will break out of the one who dares to tell the inhabitants of the most important offices that their business is doomed and defeat is inevitable. Young careerists want money and authorities now, and therefore are ready to assent their benefactors and even across their own interests and habits, not to mention common sense, to accept the most ambiguous poses.
For example, one of the co -authors of the shameful law on the moderation of social networks, quite young Mr. Boyarsky, wrote on his Twitter about a wide discussion of the topic of bypassing Telegram blocking (which, by decision of the Tagansky court, is blocked in Russia): “I consider a discussion of possible bypasses of media blocking - an unacceptable manifestation of legal nihilism.” That is, he himself knows very well that there are many ways to get around the blocking and there will be even more, but they are not concerned about them, but their public discussion in the media. Perhaps because if older comrades with their dense ideas about the world are read in their daddy, how vain all their efforts are and why the prohibition laws adopted by the packs give nothing, then they can be upset and disrupted the anger at those who promised them a slight, imminent and final victory.
Durov - in advanced progress, he creates new for all of mankind and is directed into the future. Putin lives the past and wants to return the whole world to this past, because he personally is more comfortable to live in a situation when the main one is not the one who invented something new and unprecedented, but the one who has a stronger army and more money
In fact, Boyarsky’s deputy calls everyone to the usual in circles where he rotates, hypocrisy: go around the locks, if you need it, the main thing is to pretend and removed the messenger from the phones! And the grandfathers will be encouraged, and they will forget, because every time it happens: first hints of atrocities and severity, and then it doesn’t matter to everyone, and in the worst case only a few people suffer, convicted and planted as part of the next campaign.
The Boyarsky deputy with his caricatured loyalism creates a beautiful couple of Pavel Durov, who in this case acts as the bearer of all modern, reasonable and progressive. From the inside of the system policy, it is simply not clear why the power is defiantly disobeyed, if you can agree with it and make excellent money with it, selling your beliefs and their reputation as expensive as possible. Durov, on the other hand, demonstrates the unpreparedness to repent before the authorities of one country at the cost of the loss of a global perspective and a global reputation. Sergey Boyarsky and Pavel Durov - two people with diametrically opposite approaches to life, and they fully personify the split of Russian society.
In fact, everything is logical: Pavel Durov and should cause hatred in the Kremlin - if only because in the modern world he is a much more important person than Vladimir Putin. Durov - in advanced progress, he creates new for all of mankind and is directed into the future. Putin lives the past and wants to return the whole world to this past, because he personally is more comfortable to live in a situation when the main one is not the one who invented something new and unprecedented, but the one who has a stronger army and more money. In addition, Durov is obvious younger and is already dangerous: the future in any case, at least for vulgar physiological reasons.
But if you dig deeper, then the matter is not at all in Durov. Some other guys are already inventing something new, which will finally meaningless measures against Telegram, and when measures will be taken against them, someone else will come and something else will come up with. And this situation will be repeated countless times, and technology will be more perfect, cheaper and more reliable. Therefore, any attempts to withstand progress are in vain, this is a conspiracy of doomed. Telegram can be blocked, but the onset of the future is not.
