The Krasnoselsky District Court of St. Petersburg extended the arrest of Yulia Boyarshinova, a defendant in the case of the terrorist community “Network,” until June 22. This was reported by a source from the courtroom.
OVD-InfoBoyarshinov is accused of illegal possession of explosives (Part 1 of Article 222.1 of the Criminal Code) and participation in a terrorist community (Part 2 of Article 205.4 of the Criminal Code). The young man was last charged on April 11.
At first, only three people were allowed into the meeting - one member of the Human Rights Council and two journalists from the Dozhd TV channel. Correspondents from Novaya Gazeta, Mediazona, and ZakS.Ru into the hall. The judge later declared the trial closed.

Since the end of January, FSB officers began to visit the young man. They told Boyarshinov the names of the defendants and threatened that if the young man did not talk to them, then “it would be worse for him.” Boyarshinov refused to communicate with them, citing Article 51 of the Constitution.
“Penza case” Two weeks later, from pre-trial detention center No. 1 (), he was transferred to pre-trial detention center No. 6 in the village of Gorelovo, which, according to Novaya Gazeta, is considered a torture facility. During check-in, Boyarshinov was beaten by his cellmates for no reason.
