SK: The final number of dead “winter cherries” are 60 people. Previously reported 64 dead

As a result of the fire in the Kemerovo shopping center "Winter Cherry", 60 people were killed, the Investigative Committee reports . Earlier, 64 dead were reported.

“The results of the work to verify all the appeals about the people missing during the fire, as well as the conclusions of experts, allowed the investigation to determine the final number of those who died in a fire - there are 60 of them,” the report said.

The report also said that investigators received conclusions of genetic examinations for the dead in a fire. The identities of all the dead are established.

Investigators issued a permit for the burial of 37 people.

The fire in the Winter Cherry shopping center in Kemerovo occurred on March 25.

A criminal case is being investigated, seven people are arrested. According to the investigation , the probable cause of the fire could be high -voltage wires laid in violation of the fire safety rules through the auditorium and children's rooms, including the trampoline center.
