"Do you know that they are going to blow up the mausoleum?" How NTV helps the FSB to fabricate a criminal case on anti -fascists

On Friday evening, NTV showed a half -hour film “Dangerous Network” about the criminal case against the allegedly existing “anarchist terrorist” organization “Network”. According to the channel officers, the terror is coordinated from Ukraine and is supported by “human rights activists to Western grants”, and Lenin’s Mausoleum was supposedly included in the “terrorists” plans. Thus, the employees of the PE program, known for their connections with the FSB, responded to initiate criminal proceedings against the Anti -Fascist group, who, after arrest, announced beatings and torture (more about the case - in the material of Dmitry Rebrov ).

Everyone who followed the case of the “Network” waited for the NTV film: it was known that employees of the television company were intrusively molested with questioning the human rights activists and relatives of the accused. The NTV film is interesting, first of all, as a version close to the investigation.

The FSB is closed, and there is little information about the progress of the investigation. The last major “drain” in the press of the case file was at the end of Januaryon the website of Republic . Ilya Rozhdestvensky, a journalist with sources in the FSB and ties among human rights lawyers. Who exactly gave him these materials is unclear.

The main difference between the NTV film and the Republic material: in the January publication, cells in Moscow, Belarus, St. Petersburg and Penza were mentioned (with the prospect of disclosure and in other cities), only St. Petersburg and Penza remained in the April film.

Perhaps this is a sign that having encountered an active human rights campaign, the FSB gradually refuses the idea to present the organization as all -Russian and international. NTV claims that this is a military weapon. But the inconsistent is immediately visible: there are many times more weapons on the video than they were seized from the accused (they claim that the trunks were thrown). So what are these training?

The new in the NTV film was that the “network” is trying to connect with Ukraine. As one of the “evidence”, the communication of a member of the St. Petersburg ONK Yana Teplitskaya, who helps the detainees with the consul of Ukraine, is mentioned.

Another “connection with Ukraine” is Alexander Aksyonov, the wife of one of the accused, Viktor Filinkov, was in Kyiv at the time of the arrest of her husband. From this NTV concludes that she is an activist of the Maidan and "was trained in one of the Ukrainian battalions." In the film, it is named no less than the leader of the "network".

“In life, I was not even close to the territory of the ATO, and even more so I have no motivation to participate in wars. I was not born in the Donbass, I have no relatives there, I have no opinion that the Ukrainian state is better than the Russian one to take risks for this, ”said Aksenova The Insider.

The film also shows a photograph of Aksenova with an automaton. She said that she took a picture in Moscow, going to acquaintances at one military-patriotic center.

“I took a picture with the layout, which are collected and disassembled in the lessons. As you can see, there is still a box for boxing, and this is just a sports hall, and not a secret base in the Donbass. Well, I myself am in ordinary street clothes, not Ukrainian camouflage, ”adds Aksenova.

At the moment, Aksenova left Ukraine and asked for refuge in Finland.

The main anarchist

Coordinating the Black Terror directly in Russia, according to NTV, was supposed to be Aksenova’s husband, Victor Filinkov. On Friday evening, Russian anarchists were surprised to learn from the NTV film, who, it turns out, is the most important anarchist!

Filinkova is 26 years old, has become an anarchist recently. The vast majority of Russian anarchists first heard about him in January, when news appeared about his arrest and torture. Filinkov is a programmer when, during the detention, the Chekists knocked out his laptop, he was most worried that he recorded the program code of the company he works for - the code costs millions of rubles.

At first, the FSB was not seen in Filinkov’s serious person involved in the case. He was persistently offered to “help the investigation and get only three years”, but Filinkov more and more than other detainees speaks of torture. Obviously, they take revenge on him now.

Neither earlier nor now, nor any specific plans of the “network”, the investigation says nothing. It is not known who and when the “terrorists” planned to attack. The investigation allegedly proves the fact of the existence of a terrorist organization by the seizure of detained weapons in unclear circumstances and the fact that many detainees in certain periods of life were interested in anarchism.

NTV repeatedly declares in the film that the defendants in the case of the "network" are not tortured. As evidence, they give a video from the Penza pre -trial detention center. NTV gives fragments of interviews with Penza lawyer Mikhail Grigoryan. Grigoryan says that the FSB collected enough evidence, and the activities of the detainees of the Penza "coordinated by the Western intelligence services."
