SK asked to translate the ex-director of Gogol-Center Alexei Malobrodsky under house arrest

The Investigative Committee sent a petition to the Moscow Basmanny Court to transfer the accused in the Seventh Studio case Alexei Malobrodsky from the pre -trial detention center under house arrest "taking into account age, state of health and other circumstances."

As his lawyer Ksenia Karpinskaya explained to The Insider, the probability that the court will approve this petition - 100%.

Alexey Malobrodsky was arrested in June 2017. According to the investigation, in 2012 he entered into a criminal conspiracy with the former general director of the Seventh Studio Yuri Itin and ex-heading of the organization Nina Maslyaeva in order to abduct part of the funds allocated for cultural projects, one of which was the performance “Sleep on a summer night”, allegedly not put up. The amount of damage, according to the investigation, according to this episode, is more than 2.3 million rubles.

The court hearing to consider the application of the SK will be held on April 27 at 14:30.

On April 18, the Basmanny Court extended the term of the Malobrodsky’s detention under arrest until June 19. This was asked by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.

In March, the wife of Malobrodsky Tatyana Lukyanova addressed an open letter to the head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin and the Commissioner for Human Rights Tatyana Moskalkova.

In a letter, she says that her husband was transferred a few days ago from the Sailor Silence in the Medvedkovo pre -trial detention center, where he was placed in a cell, where only 8 seats, antisanitarian conditions and constantly smoke.

“His health as a whole has sharply worsened - he is a middle -aged person, he is 60 years old, he has chronic diseases,” Lukyanova writes. Malobrodsky became ill in the cell, he had a pressure, but the doctor was refused to call him.

Earlier, the lawyer of Lesserobrodsky Ksenia Karpinskaya said that Malobrodsky was transferred to the Investigative of Medvedkovo at the initiative of the investigation.

“He is in a terrible state. The doctor does not go to him. He is red, he is clearly pressure. Everyone smokes in this cell, some people sleep on the floor. And all this, as they explained to him, so that before the trial he gives the indications necessary for the investigation. I believe that this pressure with the goal of simply kill him, or so that he will give in such unbearable conditions some testimony for Serebrennikov, for himself, I don’t know who, ”the lawyer said.
