Kolchugino: criminal case for xenophobic materials on social networks

In the Vladimir region, a criminal case has been initiated against a resident of Kolchugino for xenophobic materials on a social network.
In May 2018, in the Vladimir region, a criminal case was initiated against a resident of Kolchugino (born in 1996) under Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting hatred).

The offense was identified and documented by the regional FSB.

According to investigators, the young man posted in the public domain on his personal page in one of the social networks information "containing a negative attitude towards persons of non-Russian nationality."
