Property confiscated from Jehovah's Witnesses in Tolyatti

10 May 2018, at the suit of the prosecutor's office, the Court confiscated the premises from Jehovah's Witnesses, previously donated to an Austrian organization. IN October 2019, the ownership of the Russian Federation to this premises was registered officially.

10 May 2018 Avtozavodsky District Court of Togliatti satisfied the claim of the city of the prosecutor's office on the seizure from the community of Jehovah's Witnesses of non-residential premises with an area of ​​283.3 sq. m on the boulevard Tupolev, 17.

The court invalidated the contract, according to whose property was donated to the religious association Jehovah's Witnesses in Austria". In June 2018, the judgment entered into force.

October 4, 2019 Rosreestr Office in the Samara region registered the ownership of the Russian Federation on this premise.
