In May 2018, the prosecutor of the Dzerzhinsky district of Yaroslavl approved the indictment in a criminal case against a 51-year-old resident of the city.

A resident of Yaroslavl is charged under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting hatred or enmity).

According to the case file, the defendant posted some xenophobic messages on his personal page on the VKontakte social network.

The criminal case was sent for consideration to the Dzerzhinsky District Court of Yaroslavl.
