Fake Ministry of Defense: Jit arguments that Boeing was shot down by a Russian rocket is built only in edited photographs

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation criticized the work of the United Investigative Group (JIT), investigating the collapse of the Malaysian Boeing MH17 over the Donetsk region in 2014.

The Ministry of Defense believes that the conclusions of the investigation that the airliner was shot down from the Russian “Buk” are based only on images from social networks: “It causes concern about the focus of the Dutch investigation to the same of their conclusions by using only images from social networks subjected to artistic processing by computer editing computer tools. Moreover, some of the images used during a briefing prepared by Ukrainian special services were previously demonstrated by pseudo -investigators from Bellingcat. ”

In fact, at the JIT press conference last 24, not only presented the results of a large-scale comparative analysis confirming that the Buk complex belonged to the 53rd anti-aircraft missile defense brigade based in Kursk, but also showed the fragments of the missiles found in the east of Ukraine.

At the meeting, two parts of the rocket were demonstrated - the case and nozzle (place for ejecting combustion products). Number 9 d 1318869032, applied to the case, indicates the type of rocket engine and the place of production-the Dolgoprudnensky scientific and production enterprise located in Moscow. The fact that the Buk missile system, from which the Boeing MH17 was shot down, belonged to the 53rd brigade, became known back in 2016 as a result of a large-scale investigation of Bellingcat. According to numerous photographs and videos published on the network (most of which were filmed by the military personnel of this brigade), Bellingcat managed to establish the entire Buka route with on -board number 332 from the Kursk region to Ukraine.

Later, Bellingcat and The Insider in a joint investigation managed to identify the person responsible for the delivery of the “beech” to Ukraine. It turned out to be Colonel General Nikolai Tkachev. The press secretary of the Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, found it difficult to explain to The Insider, why Russia refused JIT in the interrogation of Russian soldiers, noting that the official comment will be published later.

The Boeing-777 airliner, which executed the MH17 flight along the Amsterdam-Kuala-Lumpur route, crashed on July 17, 2014 in the Donetsk region. All the 283 passengers and 15 crew members were killed on board.
