Families of former officials of the Ministry of Regional Development in the coming weeks will be on the street: they, together with young children, are evicted from the apartments received from the state. We are talking about seven apartments located in the Popovnoye passage, not far from the Sokolniki park.
As Olga Losteva, one of the victims, told The Insider, they received the living space in Moscow as the waiting lords by ordering the leadership of the ministry. The decision on the transfer of apartments to the waiting list was made by the deputy chairman of the former government Dmitry Kozak with confirmation from the Federal Property Management Agency <At the disposal of the editorial office there are all documents>.
The victims took advantage of the right to privatize and arranged apartments as ownership in 2014, but after the Ministry of Regional Development was disbanded, the state changed their minds and decided to take the living space to take away and evict families without providing another housing.
Olga Goliaeva said that her husband is a war veteran, worked for 15 years in state bodies, for more than two years in the Ministry of Regional Development. According to the victim, her family was left without a single housing, and without money for rent, she does not rely on any compensation: "In order to pay for repairs in Sokolniki, I had to borrow money, because we got bare walls. We still pay debt."
As a result, the Federal Property Management Agency went to court and announced an error at the stage of issuing apartments. The department said that the leadership of the Ministry of Regional Development exceeded the authority. Allegedly, no one allowed Igor Albin (Slyunyaev) and Valery Gaevsky, whose signatures are on documents on the transfer of apartments to employees, to dispose of this housing.

It is noteworthy that neither the Rosreestr, who made a privatization, nor the Investigative Committee of violations when transferring apartments to civil servants found.
“It turns out some kind of vicious circle: the same bodies and the same persons who participated in the decision to issue apartments are now in court, selecting them (only with the repair), forgetting how less than 1.5 years ago they did not object to their issuance and committed all the actions to transfer them to our property,” the victims say.
If the evicted do not find where to live, the guardianship authorities can take away children from them
The fate of the children who actually end up on the street without registration is most of all concerns - the little son of Lesiaev, who was born with the spouses after moving to an apartment in Sokolniki, will remain without medical services and the right to kindergarten. The loss of seats in schools and kindergartens awaits all minors evicted from the house in the Popovnaya passage. Olga Lostyaeva is afraid that if they do not find her husband where to live, the guardianship authorities can take away children from them.
There is no unequivocal information about who will be transferred to the apartments in the Popovnoye passage at the moment. Former employees admit that their families became victims of showdowns in high offices.
The Ministry of Regional Development was created in 2004, it was headed by Igor Slyunyaev and Viktor Basargin. In 2014, by decree of President Vladimir Putin, the department was disbanded.
