Aznakaevo resident fined for using swastikas on social media

In Tatarstan, a resident of Aznakayevo fined for photos with Nazi symbols in the social network.

In June 2018, the Aznakaevsky City Court of the Republic of Tatarstan issued a verdict under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda and public demonstration of Nazi paraphernalia and symbols).

According to the prosecutor's office, a local resident posted photos with Nazi symbols in the public domain on his social network page.

The offender was fined 1,000 rubles.
