A case has been filed against a resident of the village of Lunino for xenophobic materials on social networks

In the Penza region, a case was initiated against a resident of the village of Lunino (born 1976) for xenophobic materials on the social network.

In June 2018, the Bessonovsky MCO of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Penza Region initiated a case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting hatred and enmity) against a resident of the village of Lunino, born in 1976.

According to the investigation, from April 2015 to May 2018, a resident of Lunin posted xenophobic "audio and video recordings, graphic images" in free access on his social network page.
