In the Arkhangelsk region, a criminal case has been opened against a 40-year-old resident of Severodvinsk for comments in one of the city's social network groups.
In June 2018, a criminal case was initiated in the Arkhangelsk region against a 40-year-old resident of the city of Severodvinsk, suspected under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremist activities).
According to investigators, the suspect posted on a social network in one of the groups covering the events in the city of Severodvinsk, " a comment and added an audio recording containing statements with humiliating characteristics and negative emotional assessments of ... national and racial groups, as well as public calls for carrying out extremist activities .
Earlier, a criminal case was initiated against a resident of Severodvinsk under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred and enmity). A linguistic examination was appointed in the criminal case. According to the conclusion of the examination, the comments contained " psychological and linguistic signs of inducement, including in the form of a call, to commit acts of a violent and discriminatory nature . "
The suspect wrote a statement about the appearance of a confession.
The criminal case was received from the RUFSB of Russia for the Arkhangelsk region and the Center "E" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Arkhangelsk region.
