Pentecostalist fined for “illegal” missionary work in Sochi

At the suit of the prosecutor's office, a Sochi Pentecostal was fined for preaching without permission.

On June 4, 2018, it became known that in Sochi for "illegal" missionary work fined a 60-year-old local resident.

The City Attorney's Office, during an investigation, found that he preached on behalf of the association of Christians of the Evangelical faith (Pentecostals), without permits. Case filed against believer according to part 4 of Art. 5.26 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the requirements of the legislation on freedom of conscience, religions and religious associations).

The court found the preacher guilty and fined him.
