In the Paranginsky district of Mari El they are again brought to justice for the video “Miracles of the Koran”

A resident of Mari El was fined for the video "Miracles of the Quran" and "PSA banned on TV in 2010/2".

In June 2018, we learned that on March 16, 2018, the Sernursky District Court in the urban-type settlement of Paranga fined Artur Gabdrakhmanov 1,000 rubles under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (mass distribution of extremist materials).

The court found that Gabdrakhmanov's page on the social network VKontakte had posted videos "Miracles of the Koran" (paragraph 873 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials) and "Social advertising banned on TV in 2010/2" (paragraph 1273 of the list).

From our point of view, the film "Miracles of the Quran" was unlawfully recognized as extremist (our position is detailed here ). However, Russian courts have repeatedly punished citizens for its distribution, including in the Paranginsky district of Mari El. call the ban on the video "PSA banned on TV in 2010/2" We cannot unlawful.
