In the Voronezh region, a resident of the village of Novaya Usman was fined for a tattoo with a swastika.
In June 2018, the Novousmansky District Court of the Voronezh Region considered an administrative case under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda and public display of Nazi symbols).
According to the case file, a local resident has a tattoo with a Nazi swastika on his right hand on his index finger. At the court session, he admitted the fact of the offense in full, explained that he had a tattoo in the form of a swastika on the index finger of his right hand, which he made while serving a sentence of imprisonment. He has already removed another tattoo on his left arm.
The court found the villager guilty and sentenced the offender to a fine of 1,200 rubles.
