Bryansk region: a case of publishing xenophobic videos and images on a social network has been brought to court

In June 2018, it became known that in the Bryansk region, case against an 18-year-old local resident accused of posting xenophobic videos and images.

In June 2018, it became known that in the Bryansk region it was completed investigation of the case of inciting ethnic hatred (Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code).

An 18-year-old resident of the Bryansk region will soon be in the dock, who, according to according to law enforcement agencies, published on a social network some xenophobic videos and images directed against representatives of a certain ethnic group.

Details, unfortunately, are not disclosed.

The case has already been referred to the court for consideration on the merits.
