On June 28, 2018, in the city of Vladivostok, Primorsky Krai, the court sentenced the coordinator of the local headquarters to 8 days of administrative arrest Alexei Navalny Vladimir Dubovsky, who was found guilty of publishing a banned racist song on VKontakte.
June 27, 2018 in the city of Vladivostok, Primorsky Krai an administrative case was initiated under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (distribution extremist materials).
The case was initiated against the coordinator of the local headquarters, Alexei Navalny Vladimir Dubovsky, who, according to law enforcement agencies, on May 31 this year, published on his page in social network "VKontakte" banned racist song of the group "Argentina" "Sex, fight (full version)” (P. 3894 of the Federal List of Extremist Materials ).
Dubrovsky was detained on June 27, 2018 shortly before exit from the detention center, where he spent 14 days of arrest for disobedience police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) at the congress of the seaside branch of the movement "Open Russia".
June 28, 2018 Pervorechensky District Court of Vladivostok found Dubrovsky guilty and sentenced him to 8 days of administrative arrest.
During the trial, the activist did not admit his guilt, saying that he did not published the song on his page. He suggested that this could be done by " unknown persons with access to his page on the social network .
In December 2018, the police detained and re-drawn up a protocol against Dubrovsky under Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses in connection with the publication of this song. Probably, the detention happened due to a failure in the work of the police. Sources
