Petersburg human rights activists allowed the defendant of the case of the “network” to Penza.

Dmitry Pchelintsev was delivered from Penza to St. Petersburg on the afternoon of July 6, in the midst of the World Cup - to which, according to investigators, the defendants in the case of the “network” were overthrown by the existing authorities with the passing undermining of the Lenin mausoleum. According to the mother of Dmitry Svetlana, the trip was a sip of fresh air for her son - the support of human rights activists, the sympathy of a wide variety of people and a breakthrough of the information blockade give him strength.

The fact that Dmitry was sent to St. Petersburg became known two days earlier. On July 4, his cousin Anna brought the program to the Penza pre -trial detention center, but she was told that Pchelintseva was not here - he, the chief of the insulator said, was transferred to the FSB investigative group for investigative actions. Where specifically they transfer, refused to explain.

At the same time, information was received that both lawyers representing the interests of Dmitry Pchelintsev advanced "on an urgent business trip to another city." Protection, connected by a non -disclosure subscription, could not give more detailed comments. However, it turned out to be not difficult to guess where exactly the accused is transferred: in the last court decision on the extension of the measure, the investigative actions that should be held in St. Petersburg were mentioned.

The local authorities have their own ideas about the permitted one: for example, books of pocket format are resolved only “religious content”. Under this sauce, they had previously been refused to transfer the block, the recipient’s attempts were recommended to be recommended by the “blocker”.

In our IVS on Zakharyevskaya, there were no stupid things. All the books were accepted, including the promptly obtained Katya with Yana, two volumes of Feynman lectures in physics, for which Dima wanted to take up a pre -trial detention center. He generally loves physics and everything related to technological progress, and is aimed to seriously study.

I had never had to wear the broadcasts to the arrested. My idea of how it happens, it took shape from the literature and memoirs of those who defended their watches "both in a fierce cold, and in July heat / under a red -blind wall." But we are in another, on which there are no identification marks at all. Only nearby, on the wall, by hand it is displayed by the marker: "The temporary luxury isolator." And a call.

Having shown a passport, you pass this building through, getting into the back of the Big House. Then in another building, the second cordon. And there, while we stomped at the window, putting our documents into it in turn, another inadented joy happened: Dima!

He, apparently, was just returned to the cell after these very “investigative actions”, accompanied by a person in civilian clothes.

Yesterday, at the first meeting, Dima already shared with Katya and Yana with his surprise in the local conditions: “I didn’t think that it happens - the prisoners are fed with normal food.”

Separate the tortured from trying

He has something to compare. In the Penza pre -trial detention center, he was poisoned by local feeding, and was on bed mode by order of the doctor. Which, however, did not interfere with the stage: before the trip to St. Petersburg, he was given a paracetamol, which hit the temperature from 39 to 37 and said that he was completely healthy. The day was taken in Minivan. They stopped when Dima was getting bad. The FSB did not complain about the pressure from those who accompanied the employees - as if trying to appease, he would share his impressions with the PMC members.

But the general state of health of Dmitry Nevazhnetsky - the consequences of torture, the conditions of detention and lack of treatment close to them and the lack of treatment were added to chronic diseases. In St. Petersburg, when members of the PMC began to insist on adequate assistance, they trained beekelintsev: why did you immediately complain about the ill health. Dima admitted that he did not expect a reaction that was different from the Penza pre -trial detention center.

So, upon admission to this IVS of another person involved in the case of the “Network”, Viktor Filinkov, the numerous traces from the electric shocker and hematoma were unnoticed, only the abrasion on the chin of “unknown prescription” was recorded.

“The all -Russian problem remains that the health worker interviews each newly arrived and examines in the presence of those employees of the power structures that was delivered here,” said Ekaterina Kosarevskaya. “In our opinion, the inspection should be carried out in a separate office, without the presence of those who may have tortured this person.”

Psychologists are also assigned to the places of detention. But, as the Pchelintsev members said in St. Petersburg, both of the psychologist working in the Penza pre -trial detention center are limited to a kind of narrow specialization - they are recruited by prisoners or persuaded to perform the necessary administrations of the actions.

On October 29, the next day after the first circle of painful torture, Dmitry broke the toilet bowl in the cell and cut his hands and neck with fragments.

After that, he was also taken to a psychologist. A sweet woman asked why he tried to commit suicide. Dima could not talk about torture and said that he was very bad here - so he decided to leave at least in this way. And then he joked, referring to the “run away from the show -core” - maybe he could also get a hammer and poster in the program ( the hero of the film with the help of a hammer pierced a tunnel from his camera, covering the hole with a poster with the image of a popular actress. - Ed. ). After that, at the direction of the psychologist, the marking was added “prone to escape”.

The footage from the video surveillance camera, which recorded the suicide attempt, were at the disposal of NTV and, after the necessary installation, were used in the film created in the interests of the investigation. In the case of Pchelintsev, another mark appeared: "Demonstrative acquaintance."

And when he asked how this very demonstrativeness was determined and what then had to be done so that his act of despair did not fall under such a category, he was answered: he had to die. Because any unsuccessful attempt of suicide is considered a demonstrative acquaintance.

The FSB officers who who knocked out from Dima warned: you will inform the lawyer or relatives about torture - it will be worse. Four days later, on November 2, he will still decide to write a note for transferring to the lawyer: they are trying to, please contact the media and the committee against torture. But when he realized that he was not leading to a lawyer, but to the room for a full inspection, at which they would find a note, tried to eat it. It didn’t work out - the note was selected. And instead of, as it should be, to draw up an act of seizure and introduce it to the case, they gave it to the FSB officer present with all this. But in fact, another mark appeared: "Personal to attack and taking hostages."

At the insistence of the members of the PMC of St. Petersburg on Saturday, at the end of the third date with Pchelintsev, a team of ambulance arrived with the escort, which delivered him to the Alexander Hospital - to inspect and decide whether it was possible to protect him. In the evening of the same day, deputy Boris Vishnevsky, who coped of the situation, was reported in the reception room: Dmitry Pchelintsev was on an ongoing examined and were already being taken back to Penza.

Meanwhile, the State Duma adopted in the third reading amendments to the federal laws “On the detention of suspects and accused of committing crimes” and “On public control over the provision of human rights in places of compulsory content ...”.

In particular, according to the complaints of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or the Federal Penitentiary Service, members of the PMC can be withdrawn, they are forbidden to discuss another correction with the suspects and accused any issues that are not related to ensuring their rights.

“But it is precisely such conversations-about some everyday trifles, about books, greetings from relatives and friends, their words of support are sometimes most important, they return themselves to a person. And sometimes to me - me, ”Yana Teplitskaya says about her experience,“ because it is difficult to come to freely where people cannot leave. ”

Now I also know how it happens. When you go along the corridors of this building, the walls of which are saturated with a nightmare, fear and despair. When behind your back there is a clang of lockable bolts. When you go to the street flooded with the sun, and Dima, who just smiled at you, returns to the camera.
