Another source says that the city hall does not have a single position in relation to the candidate. Someone believes that the risks of the nomination of Balakin are more than the benefits, someone-that it will be beneficial for Sobyanin, and someone “says that it is better for Sobyanin, but they themselves hope that Balakin will still show that ours in the city is another 20%.”
• “He [Balakin] is largely controlled, but given the type of personality - this is a person who sometimes breaks down from carving. It was repeatedly when a pocket candidate got out of control, ”says a source of Vedomosti, close to the city hall. “They removed the only independent and strong candidate.
