Attack in Moscow

On July 13, 2018, A., E. and M. beat and robbed a man in Moscow. Defendant A. called the reason for the attack that the victim "is a person of non-traditional sexual orientation."

April 24, 2019 Kuzminsky district court of the city Moscow issued a sentence under paragraph "d" part 2 of Art. 112 of the Criminal Code (intentional infliction of moderate bodily harm) and Art. 161 of the Criminal Code (theft).

A. sentenced to imprisonment freedom for a period of two years with serving a sentence in a correctional colony of general mode.
