General plans of the cities of the region will discuss the whole world

The Committee of the Legislative Assembly on Housing and Public Utilities, Construction, Transport and Roads approved the appropriate bill.

Local legislation will be brought into line with the requirements of the federal law. The new regional law will oblige local authorities to organize public discussions. Previously, residents could take part in the hearings on amendments to general plans.

The only difference seems insignificant. Now it will be possible to express your opinion in electronic form or submit an application through the MFC. It is assumed that the organization of public discussions will reduce administrative barriers when discussing cities. The need to come to the regional center to residents of district cities will disappear, the bulk of the problems concerns them.

Appeals can be submitted both individually and collectively. A barrier will also be eliminated about a preliminary notification of a desire to participate in such hearings. Any resident with Internet access can tell the authorities about what is necessary in his city and village, as well as speak out against any projects.
