We have all these investments show a very good income. Secondly, investments made last year are needed for production not even for the next year, but later. That is, this is investment in the future increase in prey. It is clear that at the moment, an increase in investment means a decrease in dividend payments, but from the point of view of future stabilization, for the Russian oil industry, this is a plus. ”
In 2017, Russian investments increased by 38%, to $ 58 billion. On average, investments in such projects increased by 3.7%, to $ 450 billion, the report said. In Europe, the USA and in the Middle East, investments even decreased by 1-16% and only slightly grew up in China and Latin America.
