The deputies of the uninstall proposed to increase fines for illegal entrepreneurship 40 times. This is written by Izvestia.
For doing business without state registration, the fine is proposed to increase for the first violation to the amount of 5-10 thousand rubles, and for the second-up to 20-30 thousand rubles. Now the size of the fine is from 500 to 2 thousand rubles.
According to the authors of the project, the existing fines are not enough to bring entrepreneurs out of the shadows, since their size has not risen for more than ten years and during this time “depreciated”.
According to Izvestia, this proposal is supported by the Ministry of Justice and the Duma faction of EP.
According to the First Vice President of the “Rossi of Russia” Vladislav Korochkin, it will not be possible to withdraw entrepreneurs out of the shadows with such amendments-they can only “finally repel the desire to try themselves in some business,” Izvestia notes.
