Navalny's defense filed a complaint against the decision of the Simonovsky District Court, which on June 25 extended the probationary period of the policy for another year.
On June 25, Navalny's lawyer Olga Mikhailovna was unable to attend the trial, and the politician filed a motion to postpone the meeting. The judge refused Navalny to postpone the trial and continued the hearing. The oppositionist was appointed a public lawyer, whom he wanted to refuse, but the judge forbade him to do so.
