In Moscow in the case of deceived equity holders, the former general director of the Urban Group was arrested

The Savelovsky Court of Moscow authorized the arrest of the top manager of the Urban Group Andrei Puchkov. According to TASS, he is accused of abuse of powers that resulted in grave consequences.

Puchkov was the general director of the Urban Group (is one of the largest builders of the Moscow Region), as well as the Ivastroy company, which was part of it. He left his post in April 2018.

Earlier, Kommersant wrote that a criminal case was opened against the leadership of the Ivastroy company. According to the investigation, the company raised 6.7 billion rubles from equity holders to build the Laikovo housing complex in the Odintsovo district of the Moscow Region, which was not commissioned.
