The Strand Magazine will publish Hemingway's previously not published story

The Strand Magazine magazine will publish the previously not published the story of the American writer Ernest Hemingway, “The Garden Room”. It is reported by Associated Press.

The events described in the 1956 story unfold during the Second World War in Paris.

At the time of Hemingway's suicide in 1961, many of his works remained unrelated. So, the books “A holiday that is always with you”, “Paradise Garden”, “Islands in the Ocean”, “Dangerous Summer” were published after the death of the author, AP notes.

In 1956, Hemingway told his publisher that he was ready for five stories about the Second World War, including a “room with view of the garden”. So far, only one of these five stories has been published.
