
The Oktyabrsky District Court of the city of Vladimir (the presiding judge - Tatyana Krasnova) appointed Kirill Nikolenko a fine of 1,500 rubles, considering that he placed an image containing Nazi symbols.
Consideration of the case of an administrative offense under Art. 20.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (propaganda or public demonstration of Nazi paraphernalia or symbolism, or attributes or symbols of extremist organizations, or other paraphernalia or symbols, propaganda or public demonstration of which are prohibited by federal laws) started on August 9 and ended in the district court today.
The police insisted that the lawyer of Navalny’s headquarters in Vladimir allegedly posted on the VKontakte page in 2012 the spoiled pre -election poster of the communist Valery Rashkin. It, in particular, was attended by two multidirectional swastikas.
Students of the Vladimir branch of the RANEPA Ilya Khudyakov and Alexei Khromov , previously seen in the activities of the so-called "School of Legal Enlightenment." The head of this school, Alla of Hay in the spring of 2017, demonstrated to the students of VLSU the video “Navalny - Hitler”.




As witnesses, the police also attracted bloggers of Roman Evstifeev, Alexander Chuchadeev and Vadim Aksyonov. 

The expert was a doctor of historical sciences Andrei Tikhonov, who does not refuse the police in such conclusions. In 2017, he wrote a conclusion on the caricature of Putin in Nazi uniform, for which activist Victoria Lobova received three days of arrest. 


Without a decision of the court of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Vladimir, a request made a request at VKontakte LLC and received an unofficial response in the form of a text thrown into e -mail. 
Based on it, the police claim that the image was supposedly loaded Nikolenko. At the same time, even such an improperly executed response obtained in violation of the law does not contain data on which IP address the image was downloaded, in what way and from which device.
We believe that such attention of the “law enforcement officers” to Nikolenko is connected with his political activity and the fact that he protects the interests of the participants in the action on May 5 “He is not a king” in Vladimir in the courts. This is 14 cases under Art. 20.2 and 8 cases under Art. 19.3. 9 of them were considered in the first instance under the chairmanship of Krasnova. For Nikolenko, an administrative offense (Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation) provides liability in the form of a fine of one thousand to two thousand rubles with confiscation of the subject of an administrative offense or administrative arrest for a period of up to fifteen days with confiscation of the subject of an administrative offense. The court was limited to the average fine. The decision will be appealed in the Vladimir Regional Court.
