Deripaska holding can receive preferences for state procurement

The holding of businessman Oleg Deripaska “Russian Machines” can receive preferences when purchasing equipment for the needs of regions and municipal needs. This is stated in the draft government decree posted on the portal of draft regulatory acts, TASS reports .

According to the document, companies controlled by the GAZ group and the Russian Machines holding are included in a special list. All applications received not from them, the customer during the purchase of road-construction special equipment, buses and trucks will have to reject.

“The customer rejects all applications containing proposals for the supply of certain types of engineering goods, the manufacturer of which is an organization not included in the list,” the draft document says.

At the same time, the customer will be able to reject applications from Oleg Deripaska only if he receives at least two offers for the supply of equipment, the manufacturers of which are companies from a special list.

Recall, on April 6, Oleg Deripaska and associated companies fell under the sanctions of the US Treasury.
