
Ivan Belyakov, who is accused of attacking a policeman during the action against the pension reform on September 9 in Moscow, pleaded guilty. He told Mediazone about this.
“I admitted everything, there was no point in unlocking,” Belyakov said.
Belyakov is accused of applying violence against a representative of the authorities not dangerous to life or health (part 1 of article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). According to investigators, on September 9, he hit an employee of the Russian Guard.
On September 28, the court did not arrest Belyakov, which the investigation petitioned.
On October 1, the activist was fined 30 thousand rubles for organizing a public event without submitting a notification.
