
The European Court of Human Rights Comminized the complaint of Ukrainian director Oleg Sentsov. This was announced in his telegram channel by the head of the international human rights group "Agora" Pavel Chikov.
According to Chikov, the court linked Sentsov’s complaint with the case “Ukraine against Russia” about the annexation of Crimea.
The complaint is officially reported to the authorized Russian Federation at the ECHR Mikhail Halperin.
Previously, Sentsov diagnosed heart failure, problems with liver and kidneys and “rheumatism of the lower extremities”.
In August 2015, Sentsov was sentenced in Russia to 20 years in a maximum security colony under the articles “Organization of the terrorist community and participation in it”, “Preparation of a terrorist act”, “Preparation for a terrorist act”, “Employment for illegal acquisition of explosives” and “illegal acquisition of explosive devices”.
The director is starving since May 14. It requires the release of all Ukrainian political prisoners who are held in Russia.
