Employees of the central apparatus of Just Russia are regularly delayed, and regional branches have to cut the states. “Kommersant” writes about financial problems in “Fair Russia” with reference to senior party representatives.

According to the publication, the party began financial problems in June this year. Then the party leadership sharply reduced the financing of regional branches and some of them were forced to reduce their apparatus.

According to the interlocutors of the newspaper, in the central apparatus, the salary is delayed for two to three months, some go on a shortened day and look for a part-time job, including couriers and in a taxi.

According to Kommersant with reference to the data of the Central Election Commission, where the parties annually provide reports, deductions from the federal budget of Fair Russia in 2017 were almost half compared to a year earlier. In addition, the amount of voluntary donations has sharply decreased.

One of the sources said that at the last meeting of the Presidium of the Central Council, the party leader Sergei Mironov said that he would try to improve the situation for the upcoming congress of the party, which is scheduled for the last weekend of October.
