• This scheme is not radically different from the one that is now: now the co -founders and managers of Yandex together belong to 57.7% of the vote (of which 49.2% of the vote - personally Volozh).
• Why then could reorganization need a reorganization? The government has no questions for the activities of Yandex, but there is a wish that such a large and important Russian company be controlled and managed by people with Russian passports, a person who knows this from an employee of the presidential administration said.
