On November 4, 2018, in addition to Moscow , events of Russian nationalists were held in different cities of Russia. In one form or another, actions were recorded in 9 cities.
In St. Petersburg, the "Russian March" was organized by the Committee "Nation and Freedom" (KNS) with the participation of the "Slavic Force - North-West". The event was agreed upon and took place in the Specific Park. About 30 people took part in it (about the same as last year). Three “comrades-in-arms” spoke at the rally from the KNS “with harsh criticism of Putin’s migration policy”: Konstantin, Mikhail V. and Mikhail D. Fedor Andreev, “comrade-in-arms of Dobromir” and Elena Grigorieva, who unfurled the flag of Ukraine, spoke from the “Slavic Power”.
Before the start of the march, a resident of the city with an icon around his neck and the symbols of the DPR in his hands walked around the Specific Park. He introduced himself to journalists as Alexander and said that with the blessing of the priest, he was holding a single religious procession “against Bandera” here. The organizers of the "Russian March" did not object to the procession.
During the procession, the participants chanted “The Russians will come - they will restore order”, “Dissolve Roskomnadzor”, “Freedom to Artyom Vorobyov”, “Freedom to Alexander Belov”, “Freedom to Dmitry Demushkin”, “Russian, fight”, “Russia will be free” and carried banners “For a national and social state”, “Stop feeding the parasites”, as well as a flag with a Kolovrat. The police forbade the march to bring the banner "Down with the dictatorship" and other symbols of the KNS. There were no detainees.
In Belgorod, the action was organized by the National Patriotic Forces of Russia (NPSR). In total, about 20 people came to it (in the last three years there was no “Russian March” in Belgorod at all, in 2014 about 50 people came to the action). The event was held on the outskirts of the city, near the House of Officers, and its central slogan was "People's Unity - Against the Occupation." The protesters were supporters of the Belgorod branch of the NPSR, supporters of Alexei Navalny and several communists. Speeches were made by Sergey Veselov (coordinator of the regional branch of the NPSR), Andrey Timofeev ("Great Russia"), Belgorod folklorist Ivan Veretennikov and a resident of the Korochansky district Larisa Ryzhova. Only a rally took place - the organizers failed to coordinate the procession.
In Vologda , the Russian March was organized by the Russian Vologda movement. 11 people gathered for the event - lined up in a circle led by Sergei Guzhev (Russian Vologda), they took pictures with the "imperial" flag (a year earlier, about the same number of people came to the action). In addition, the Vologda nationalists held on November 4 sports competitions in the bench press.
In Yekaterinburg, the march was also coordinated and gathered no more than 30 people (a year ago there were about 100 people on the march). The organizers of the event were Maxim Vakhromov, Evgeny Khudyakov and Evgeny Nifontov (“Russian March – Ural”). The participants walked along Cosmonauts Avenue to the Zarya cinema, where a small rally took place. The marchers carried "imperial" flags and the "Russian March" banner and chanted "Putin, skis, Magadan", "Russian forward", "Glory to Rus'" and "Russian means sober".
When they reached the cinema, the participants stood in a circle and held an impromptu rally. Maxim Vakhromov spoke at it, stating that he does not support " "a fratricidal war in the Donbass, does not make a difference between Orthodox Christians and neo-pagans, and is not against other nationalities . In addition, a man who introduced himself as a citizen of Abkhazia spoke and asked the audience not to consider the peoples of the Caucasus as something separate from Russia. At the same time, a religious procession took place in the center of Yekaterinburg.
in Kaliningrad An “action of solidarity with the Russian March” took place , in which five people took part, among them Alexander Ivanov (Russian People's Union, ROS) and local ultra-right activist Vladimir Khodayev. Probably, the rest of the participants were among the activists of the Committee of Public Self-Defense (KOS). Holding a flag with a Kolovrat, an "imperial" flag, as well as the flags of Russia and Koenigsberg, the participants took pictures on the embankment. The same solidarity action was held in Kaliningrad in 2016, but in 2017 no events dedicated to the Russian March were held in the city.
In Novosibirsk, "Russian March" gathered 8 people (a year earlier - about 70). They walked about twenty meters to the monument to Alexander III, where a small rally took place. The participants carried two "imperial" flags and posters "Recognize the Russian nation legally officially", "Stand up for the faith of the Russian land", "Freedom for Colonel Kvachkov", "Eugene Loginov. Russian breakthrough”, as well as a portrait of Alexander Suvorov. The audience chanted "Glory to the Russian people", "Glory to Russia", "Glory to Alexander III". The speakers demanded the return of the old names of Russian cities, and also invited all spectators to an evening of White Guard romance.
In Pskov, two of the three organizers of the agreed "Russian March" - Georgy Pavlov ( Gosha Ariyts , "Pskov Russian Republic") and Artyom Milushkin ("Open Russia") - were detained even before the start of the action. Cases were initiated against Milushkin under Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the lawful demand of a police officer) and Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for holding a public event). The third organizer, Roman Sergienko, held a rally under the slogan "For the National and Social State", which brought together a couple of dozen people. Later, Sergienko was also detained, having drawn up a protocol against him under Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. A similar fate befell the Pskov actions in 2017 and 2016: the marches were agreed upon, but were disrupted due to the detention of the organizers. In 2015, the Pskov "Russian March" brought together about 30 people.
In Saratov, the Russian March was organized by Pavel Kuznetsov (Black Front - Saratov) and supporters of the Opposition Walks. It gathered about 25 people (before that, the “Russian March” was held in Saratov in 2014: two actions brought together about 60 people in total). The agreed action took place on Myufke boulevard in Solnechny-2 village. The participants circled the boulevard three times, shouting “This is our Russian march”, “Putin! Skis! Magadan!”, “Radaev is not our governor, Putin is not our president”, “Cancel 282”. Several teenagers joined the march, who were taken aside by a uniformed policeman and then released. The rally was dedicated to protecting the rights and freedoms of the working population, as well as discussing the activities of the governor of the region, Valery Radaev. The participants held posters “I see my homeland rising from its knees”, “imperial” flags and flags with Celtic crosses. During the rally, ultra-right activist Andrey Martsev delivered a speech about political prisoners to the residents of the city.
On the eve of the event, Vladimir Sinyutin, the applicant for the Russian March in Saratov, received a warning from the police about criminal liability for possible riots.
In Syktyvkar (Komi Republic) an "action of solidarity" with the Russian March took place in the form of a round table. The event was devoted to discussing the further political strategy of the nationalists of the region. It is reported that the action was attended by representatives of the Nation and Freedom Committee, as well as nationalists from the cities of the Komi Republic, Kirov and Arkhangelsk regions. It is reported that 50 people participated, but the photo shows less than 30. The last time the Russian March took place in the city was in 2015 and gathered about 30 people.
On the eve of November 4, it also became known about the actions planned in Kemerovo and Tambov (laying flowers at the commemorative plate of those who died during the Tambov peasant uprising). Judging by the information in social networks, one person came to the action in Kemerovo, that is, in fact, it did not take place. Unfortunately, we do not know if any events took place in Tambov.
