Russian companies are afraid of problems with the supply of state -owned banks for the upcoming US -RBC sanctions and prohibition on foreign exchange operations

A possible expansion of US sanctions causes concerns in 86% of large Russian companies. This follows from a survey of the Adizes Institute (consulting company in the field of management), RBC reports .

Experts interviewed 1015 owners and general directors of companies from a large business segment. 38% of respondents work in the field of industry, 17% are engaged in construction, 16% - by transport, 14% are busy in the financial sector, 9% in IT, 6% work in the medical market.

Speaking about how exactly the sanctions can affect their company, most respondents said that they expect problems with the supply of technology goods to Russia, as well as a ban on foreign exchange operations of state banks.

Recall that the USA is considering several sanctions initiatives against Russia. In the framework of the Law on Combating Chemical Weapons, the White House may introduce restrictions on imports and export of products from Russia, as well as for flights to the United States of Russian state airlines.

The Senate also developed amendments on sanctions against Moscow for the alleged intervention in the American elections. These measures provide for a ban on operations with the Russian public debt and dollar transactions with state banks.
